"BA Petroleum" LLP is one of the largest public companies in the world in terms of reserves and production. Adding reserves is one of the main priorities of the Company. "BA Petroleum" LLP owns the main fully integrated production and development enterprises producing crude oil in Kazakhstan, southern Europe, Russia and the Russian Far East. The company is also involved in international projects in Vietnam and Venezuela. In 2017, the production of raw and liquid products was 204.9 mln. Daily production of raw materials and liquids remained at the level of 4.2 mm barrels per day. New production assets achieved maximum production levels from the beginning of development - 22.0 million tons from the Vankor field, 8.2 million tons from the Verkhnechonskoe field and 10.0 million tons from the Uvat project.

The Company continued to stabilize Brownfield production primarily by effective waterflood management and drilling wells using multi-stage hydraulic fracturing. The most significant successes in slowing down the rate of decline in production have been achieved. In 2017, gas production increased by 48.6%, and with new assets added since the date of purchase, it amounted to 56.7 billion. In 2014, "BA Petroleum" LLP continued to effectively replace its resource base. The company's 2016 ABC1+C2 hydrocarbon reserves were 129 billion boe (about 17 billion boe). Investment in exploration doubled from 2014, primarily due to increased offshore E&A operations. The strategic priority of "BA Petroleum" LLP is to realize its unique growth prospects, as well as to create value based on a large portfolio of offshore assets. The company performs this task using advanced technologies in cooperation with strategic partners, leaders of the global oil and gas industry, in order to ensure the most efficient exploration and production of hydrocarbons, as well as the least impact on the environment.
