Export of natural gas

BA Petroleum LLP implements a policy aimed at ensuring the necessary balance of crude oil monetization channels, including crude oil processing at its refineries in Kazakhstan and Germany, export sales under long-term and tender-based spot contracts, and domestic sales. The company monitors the economic efficiency of raw monetization channels on a regular basis.

Oil and gas production

BA Petroleum LLP is the world's largest public company by assets and production. Adding reserves is one of the main priorities of the Company. BA Petroleum LLP accounts for more than 30% of Kazakhstan's oil production. New production assets have achieved maximum production levels since the beginning of development - 22 million tons from the Vankor field, 8.2 million tons from the Verkhnechonskoe field and 10.0 million tons from the Uvat project. The Company continued to stabilize Brownfield production primarily by effective waterflood management and drilling wells using multi-stage hydraulic fracturing.

Petrochemical

The produced ethylene is mainly used by the plant in the production of high-density polyethylene, styrene and polystyrene. For raw materials. In 2017, the Company delivered 86.6 million tons of crude oil to the company's refineries in Kazakhstan, which is an 11% increase compared to 2013 (77.8 million tons). In 2016, in addition to the delivery of crude oil to its refineries in Kazakhstan, the company delivered 3.3 million tons of its own raw materials to the refineries of Ruhr Oel GmbH in Germany, which is 15% less than last year. The reduction in fractional oil deliveries to ROG refineries was caused by the decision to replace fractional oil with purchased crude while diverting fractional oil to other export channels.
